				Applied Biolsystems 3130 Genetic Analyzer.  This instrument currently has 4 capillaries, and is able to be upgraded to an 8 capillary instrument.  We utilize BigDye version 3.1 and Pop 7 polymer to optimize read length (600+ base pairs).
