| STA 382 Elementary Statistical Analysis 3(3-0) F, Sp An introduction to statistical analysis. Topics will include descriptive statistics, probability, sampling distributions, statistical inference, and regression. Greater emphasis than in STA 28 will be placed on probability theory and probability distribution. Credit may not be earned in both STA 282 and 382. Prerequisite: MTH 130. |

For this class you should do most of the problems at the end of each section. I will not assign specific problems, rather during each class, you will take a short quiz over the concepts in the sections covered the class period before. This will count as your homework and will be 15% of your final grade. Computers with Minitab installed on them are located in PE 422 Computer Lab and the Woldt Computer Lab.
