Research Interests

My research is in the areas of algebraic coding theory, groups, loops, transversals, rings, finite fields, Galois fields, and a bit of information complexity. I am currently working on the construction of efficient error correcting codes. In particular, the images of loop transversal codes under the Gray map, efficient algorithms to produce the linear loop transversal codes over Z4 and over Zq for arbitrary q, and enhancing the error detecting capabilities of the loop transversal codes are of highest interest to me.
