ESC/BIO 334-SOIL SCIENCE

As part of an environmental cleanup, you need to know the soil texture on both sides of the Cheboygan River where it empties into Lake Michigan (Look at the very "end of the line" for the river).  In addition, you need to know

  1. how many acres of the soil exist in the County
  2. suitability for wildlife habitat
  3. what type of trees to plant
  4. suitability for a septic tank system
