STRC Requirements
Enrollment in the Science and Technology Residential College (STRC) is a privilege. As a student enrolled in the STRC and desiring to maintain active status, it is necessary for you to abide by the following terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in your dismissal from the STRC and removal from Woldt Residence Hall.
1.
STRC students are required to pursue a major in the College of Science and Technology and to show good progress towards their degree each semester.
This includes taking at least six credit hours of Science and Technology courses each semester.

2.
STRC students must see a College of Science and Technology Department Faculty Advisor each semester and verify this meeting by returning a signed Advising Form to the CST Dean's Office (located in Room 200 of the Engineering and Technology Building) by the deadline posted on the STRC Calendar.
A completed, signed Academic Advising Form is a requirement for pre-registration each semester and for room draw during the fall semester.

3.
STRC students are required to actively participate in the STRC and College of Science and Technology sponsored events and programs.
All students must maintain a Participation Record. Events and programs include academic, social and service activities. Students must attend, at minimum, nine activities over the academic year (at least three need to be academic, at least three need to be social, and at least one needs to be service). Additional forms are required for most academic events. Students must participate in, at minimum, three events/activities for each time period (see details in items a, b, and c listed below). Failure to turn in your Participation Record on time may result in dismissal from the STRC and exclusion from all rights and privileges. All forms must be turned into the CST Dean's Office (200 ET Building).
