The Pre-Med & Osteopathic society is an organization designed to familiarize, prepare, and inform our members with the field of medicine. We accomplish this feat through inviting speakers from varying health care professions to speak at our meetings, trips to varying medical schools both in and out of state, practice MCAT tests, as well as organized MCAT study groups. We also contribute to our university and community through several different volunteer projects ranging from the "Overnighter" to simply handing out brochures on varying health related issues to students on campus. We also sponsor an intramural football team this semester, as well as contributing to other student government associations in commonly shared goals. As always, anyone is welcome to join the society or simply sit in on a meeting or activity if they choose. If you have any questions, feel free to call any of the executive board members.
