A team of CMU engineering and technology students built an off-road vehicle that could withstand four hours of rough driving on tortuous terrain with rocks, ditches, mud, telephone poles, and other obstacles. The vehicle continues to place extremely well in the annual Society of Automotive Engineers' Mini Baja Midwest Competition.

Welcome to the College of Science and Technology's Web site. As the dean of the college, it is a pleasure to have the opportunity to serve you, our students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends.

Our Web pages will attempt to bring you up to date on what we have to offer, what we are doing, and our future plans. I assure you that our eight departments will continue their tradition of excellence in teaching, research and service.
